During the process, we encountered challenges with the old site: scattered resources, technical language, and outdated functions caused a high bounce rate. We addressed this by reorganising content, simplifying language, and updating functions all while implementing the latest web accessibility rules. This paved the way for a focused UX-Wireframe and UI-Design phase, ensuring a seamless digital experience.
The outcome? Average time on page increased and the bounce rate decreased, demonstrating improved engagement.
