Our big challenge? Crafting a search tool that’s both intuitive and caters to different user journeys without overwhelming the user. With over 100 tools available, we had to get creative in helping users find their right match. We created two distinct search functions to address various user scenarios. The first function targeted users without a clear idea of the tools required. For them, we crafted a search questionnaire guiding them towards suitable options. Meanwhile, the second function focused on users already having a strong idea of what type of tool they need, so we gave them the freedom to narrow it down using different filter options.
